MindBoard AI (the "Service") is an AI-powered virtual board of directors that analyzes business decisions through multi-agent debate. The Service is operated by José A. García Atencia, Barranquilla, Colombia ("we", "us").

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

MindBoard AI lets you submit a business question together with context about your company. Our AI agents independently analyze the question, debate in multiple rounds, and produce a verdict with confidence levels and an executive summary.

The Service is provided "as is" and outputs are generated by artificial intelligence. AI outputs do not constitute financial, legal, tax, or professional advice. You are solely responsible for decisions you make based on the Service.

2. Accounts

You must provide a valid email address and keep your credentials secure.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
You are responsible for all activity under your account.
We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

The Service offers a free plan with limited debates and paid monthly plans ("Pro" and "Business") with higher monthly limits.
Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record, in USD. We do not store your card details.
Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account; you keep access until the end of the paid period.
Prices may change in the future with prior notice; changes apply to the next billing cycle.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: misuse the Service to generate illegal content, attempt to bypass usage limits or security measures, resell the Service without authorization, or use the Service to harm others.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the business information you submit. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your internal business purposes. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute the Service, its interface, or its agent characters without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MindBoard AI and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service or reliance on AI outputs.

7. Changes & Termination

We may update these Terms from time to time; the current version will always be available at this page. You may stop using the Service at any time. We may terminate or restrict access if you breach these Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any dispute shall be subject to the competent courts of Barranquilla, Colombia.
